1. Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Products marked as non-returnable or final sale
- Plants that have been replanted or altered after purchase
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- The plant or product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.

Note: Certain plant conditions such as wilting or slight leaf discoloration are natural during shipping and are not considered damage.
3. Exchanges

4. Late or Missing Refunds

The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
